Honda 929 Gas Tank Project Background
A local 929 owner was rebuilding a Honda 929 using a fairing kit with a black and white Repsol theme. Since the tank was not included, we needed to give his tank a makeover to match his new plastic. After stripping the three previous paint jobs off the tank and fixing a series of dents, I worked with the customer to come up with a design that matched some of the elements on his new plastic. The tank came out great and the customer was ecstatic.
